1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you and net939 regarding your use of the net939 platform, including the website at net939.net, the Android application, and the iOS progressive web application. By creating an account on net939, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Using the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your overall agreement with net939.

2Eligibility

To register and use the net939 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. net939 is strictly an adult platform. Anyone found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds in the account dealt with according to our underage gambling policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. net939 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Do not share your account login with anyone else, including family members.
• Enable any available two-factor or biometric security options on the mobile app.
• Log out of shared devices after every session.
• Contact support promptly if you notice any unrecognised activity on your account.

Your net939 account is non-transferable. You cannot sell, gift, or assign your account or the funds within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

net939 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the account until verification is resolved.

4Deposits

All deposits to your net939 wallet are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically processed instantly.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically processed instantly.
• Raast — direct bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard transfers from Pakistani commercial banks.

Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including joint accounts or accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

net939 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit.

5Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your net939 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to your verified payment method.

• Your withdrawal method must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification is a one-time process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes of approval. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking hours and your bank's processing schedule. net939 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly but processing times are not guaranteed due to factors outside the platform's control.

net939 reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be required before the withdrawal is released. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and is not specific to any individual account.

6Bonuses and Promotions

net939 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are forfeited.

7Betting and Game Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on net939, you accept the rules of that specific game or betting market as the governing terms for that activity.

For sports betting:

• Bets are accepted up to the point that the event begins or, for in-play betting, during the active betting window for each market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, the rules stated for that specific market will determine how the bet is settled.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• net939 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.

For casino games:

• All RNG-based games are operated using certified random number generation systems. Results are determined at the moment the game action is completed.
• Live casino game results are determined in real time by the physical action at the table — the card dealt, the wheel spun. These results are final and not subject to dispute based on outcome preference.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round will be handled according to the specific rules of that game provider. In cases of a genuine technical failure that prevents a round from completing, the bet may be returned to your wallet.

Disputes relating to game results must be raised with support within 72 hours of the event. net939 will investigate and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

8Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on net939. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-accounting: Operating or attempting to operate more than one account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a way that violates the spirit of the promotion, including collusion between accounts or using strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using net939 as a vehicle to process or conceal funds from illegal sources.
• Cheating: Using software, tools, or methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your account.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets without genuine manual interaction.

Where net939 suspects any of the above activities, the platform reserves the right to suspend account access immediately pending investigation. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated, permanently closed, or referred to relevant authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

11Platform Availability
